According to the decision of the Board of Trustees and the Management Board of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, Aidarbek Aitpukeshev was appointed a principal of the NIS in Uralsk. Svetlana Ispusinova, a deputy chairman of AEO Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, introduced the new principal to the team and wished him success in his work.

Note that the former principal of NIS, Sholpan Kadyrova, was appointed a Head of the Education Department of the city of Nur-Sultan.

 Aidarbek Aitpukeshev graduated from the philological faculty of the Uralsk Pedagogical Institute named after A.S. Pushkin. He began his career as a teacher of Russian language and literature, then worked as a deputy director for educational and methodical work, and thereafter as a school principal in the Zhanibek district of West Kazakhstan.

 Over the years, he has also held the posts of Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work of the West Kazakhstan Regional Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining of Teachers, and Director of the branch of The Center for Pedagogical Excellence of AOE Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in Uralsk. For the past six years, he headed the NIS Chemistry and Biology school in Atyrau.
